History and "when is it empty?"
Warren samples every queue every 30 seconds (WARREN_METRICS_SAMPLE_INTERVAL), whether or not anyone looks. That answers "since when?" and "is it getting better?".

History
History (h) on a queue page shows messages, ready, unacked and consumers over time.
| Edition | Ranges |
|---|---|
| Community | the last 15 minutes and the last hour |
| Team | 15 minutes to 7 days |
| Pro | up to 90 days, from hourly roll-ups (WARREN_METRICS_LONG_RETENTION) |
Raw samples are kept for WARREN_METRICS_RETENTION (7 days); Community keeps two hours, enough for the hour it shows.
When is it empty?
The queue list has an Empty in column, and the queue page says "empty in ≈ 14 min", "growing 3/s" or "not draining". It is judged by the depth of the last ten minutes, or by the broker's rates while there is no history yet. A running replay drains a dead-letter queue the same way, so the forecast tells you when the replay will be done.
GET /api/clusters/{c}/queues/{q}/forecast returns the same for scripts.
Growth on the overview
The overview lists the queues that gained most messages in the last hour, six or 24 hours, and alert rules can fire on growth within a window or on an inflow rate.
