This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. When you visit it, the host processes the data needed to deliver it: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system, and the referring page. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in providing the site securely and reliably. The host deletes the log data according to its own rules, usually within a few days. We have a data processing agreement with the host; transfers to the USA are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses.
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services. No user profiles are created. The fonts are served from this site; there is no connection to Google Fonts or any other font provider.
When you enter your e-mail address in a waitlist or early-access form, we process that address and the plan you chose in order to reply to you and to tell you when Warren is available. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) or Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (your consent). You can ask to be removed from the list at any time by e-mail to the address above; we then delete your data.
The form is submitted through Netlify Forms, a service of Netlify, Inc., USA. Netlify stores the entries until we retrieve or delete them. We have a data processing agreement with Netlify; transfers to the USA are based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
When you send the feedback form, we process what you enter and attach: the kind of report, your description, the Warren version, edition and environment you name, an optional screenshot and log file, and your e-mail address if you give one. We use it only to understand and fix the problem or to answer you. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in improving Warren and answering reports) and, where you give an e-mail address, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
Screenshots and logs can contain data from your systems. Please remove customer data and credentials before attaching them. The form is submitted through Netlify Forms like the waitlist (see section 4). We delete a report and its attachments once it is dealt with, at the latest after twelve months.
The "Report a problem" link inside Warren only opens this form in your browser with the version and edition filled in. Warren itself sends nothing.
If you write to us by e-mail, we process your details to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). The data is deleted once the request is dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply.
Warren is software you install in your own infrastructure. Data you process with Warren, in particular the content of messages from your RabbitMQ systems, stays in your environment. We have no access to it and collect no telemetry from installed instances.
An e-mail to the address above is enough to exercise your rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the one responsible where you live.
